Formula
Fortnite to CS2 formula
CS2 sens = Fortnite sens × 0.2525Fortnite turns 0.005555° per mouse count at sensitivity 1; Counter-Strike 2 turns 0.022°. The ratio of the two, 0.005555 ÷ 0.022, is the multiplier. It holds at any DPI as long as you use the same DPI in both games.
Fortnite: Targeting and scope sensitivity are separate Fortnite sliders; this converts the X/Y-axis (hipfire) value.

Converting from
Sensitivity in Fortnite
Fortnite shows sensitivity as a percentage split across X-axis and Y-axis sliders; keep them equal or vertical aim will feel off. Targeting and scope sensitivity are separate percentages, and build and edit modes have their own multipliers, so only the base X/Y value is converted here.

Counter-Strike 2 keeps the classic Source yaw of 0.022° per count (the m_yaw value), which is why its numbers carry over to Apex and TF2 unchanged. Raw input is always on, the field of view is fixed, and scoped speed is set separately with zoom_sensitivity_ratio.

FAQ
Fortnite to CS2 sens questions
How do I convert Fortnite sens to CS2?
To keep the same feel, divide your Fortnite sens by 3.9604 (or multiply by 0.2525). At the same DPI, Fortnite 6.4% equals CS2 1.616. If you play CS2 at a different DPI, enter both DPIs in the converter above and it compensates.
What is Fortnite 6.4% in CS2?
Fortnite 6.4% at 800 DPI is CS2 1.616 at 800 DPI (exactly 1.616). Both need 32.2 cm of mouse movement for a full 360° turn.
Is Fortnite sensitivity the same as CS2?
No. Fortnite turns 0.005555° per mouse count at sensitivity 1 and CS2 turns 0.022°, so the same number in CS2 is 3.96× faster. That is why you need to convert.
Where do I change sensitivity in Counter-Strike 2?
Settings → Keyboard / Mouse → Mouse Sensitivity, or sensitivity in the console.
Why does CS2 feel different at the converted sens?
The converted value matches your 360° distance exactly, but Fortnite and CS2 use different fields of view and camera setups, so targets can appear to move at a different speed on screen. Make sure mouse acceleration is off in both games and in Windows, then give it a few sessions before tweaking.
